User can not use Big Brand name or Famous Brands Name for buying web hosting.(No Refund)

Abuse Of Resources(Unacceptable Resource Usage)

CPU Abuse / Using Over or High Server Resource Like Ram / CPU are not allowed we immediately suspend that account without any Notice.

Spamming /Bulk E-mail /Marketing Email is Not Allowed. Per Email Account Size Can Not be more than 250 MB & Can not use as E-mail Storage.

Oyofox reserve the right to suspend or remove any databases that cause issues and downtime on any of our servers. Large and busy databases that require a lot of user connections should be hosted on a dedicated or VPS machine. Any database over 250 MB in size would be considered as overusage and not designed for shared hosting.

Run cron entries with intervals of less than fifteen (15) minutes and Run any MySQL queries longer than thirty (30) seconds.

Use twenty-five percent (25%) or more of our system resources for longer than ninety (90) seconds at a time. Activities that could cause this excessive use, include but are not limited to: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.

Resource Limit Is Reached - If Resource Limit Is Reached or crossed of your cPanel/DirectAdmin Panel or Website we will suspend you account/website .In this situation either you have to upgrade your account to VPS or optimized your website content like plugins,themes,code etc.

Misuse Of your control Panel or Server :

User will be solo resposible of their web hosting uses, website code, maleware files, loss of password, misuse of provided server details. If anything goes wrong like attack on your website, misuse of email services, having maleware file on you website code etc user will he/she himself/herself will be resposible.

Content That Allowed

Semi-Nude(18+) Content based website or blog allowed only if you purchased additional Dedicated IP Address with web hosting.

We allow to host Free Domains or Freenom Domains e.g. .tk,.cf etc. but no refund will be given in any situations if user cancel their services or request for refund.

Content Strictly Prohibited

Oyofox reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. The services provided by us must be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. The activities listed below are meant to provide you with examples of activities and content that are strictly prohibited

E-Gold, proxy, bots, spam bots, mail bombers, port scanners, IP scanners, mail harvesting scripts, brute force scripts, chat rooms, banner rotators, file dumps, using disk space as secondary storage, sales of illegal pharma, drugs, explosives, anonymous or bulk sms gateways, malware, warez, phishing materials,IRC Hosts,Satta, lottery, gambling, illegal downloads,IRC bots,Autobot, pirated software,ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing.

Oyofox do not allow hosting of Mp3,Music,Video,Keeping backup on server,movies File or sites designed primarly for download contents are not allowed in our webspace.If We find any movie/video/Audio/Mp3 then User's Account will be Suspend/Terminate without any Notification(No Refund).Use VPS & Dedicated Server for this Purpose.

Oyofox not allow adult thumbnail galleries/banner,human trafficking,prostitution or escort services,child pornography or nudity,adult or pornography materials, streaming or broadcasting of live copyrighted events,distribute of pirated software, songs, mp3s or any other pirated contents. Websites promoting illegal activities or linking to other websites that promote illegal activities.User's Account will be Suspend/Terminate without any Notification(No Refund).

Games - We strictly do not allow to host any kind of games on our servers. Your hosting account would be immediately terminated if we found any gaming related stuff in your hosting account.(Games only allowed in VPS Hosting).

Oyofox does not allow website having content to defame any person, religion, community, orgnaization etc, if you host any such website, your account will be terminated immediately.If any customer still purchases our services for any illegal activity, it will be terminated immediately and there will not be any refund.

In compliance with DMCA act, Oyofox has adopted procedures for parties who believe that a hosted site on our service is infringing their copyrights. All copyright complaints must be submitted to abuse@oyofox.com .

Database servers must be used from our web servers only,we do not offer database hosting used from other web servers or Desktop Applications. For Desktop Application or remote database connectivity hosting please get in touch with our sales team for customized plans. If any website scripts found bad or resource hungry,will be stopped and customer will be informed by email. Once the customer checks and fix the problem in scripts,scripts can be allowed to run on servers with the approval of our technical team.

Server Uptime

Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by Oyofox or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee. Oyofox is not liable in any way for failure of third party services. Oyofox will not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labour disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of, interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies or power used in or equipment needed for provision of the Services.

Oyofox upgrades the server,software and other tools time to time. For this purpose sometime we need to down some services for some certain time period. If in case of any upgrade,customer May or May not be informed 24 hours prior to the downtime. The downtime is usually not more then 12-96 Hours. In any situation or in any circumstance, Oyofox.com will not be liable for any website, application, or server uptime. We do not give any guarantee of uptime like 98%, it's just for reference or any compensations for server downtime. Our servers are made up of so many third-party hardware and software systems that they can cause problems at any time. Therefore, you are solely responsible for using our services.

Affiliate Terms and Conditions

If you wish to become an authorized Oyofox affiliate, you must comply with these terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Oyofox affiliate program. By registering for the affiliate program, you agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement. As part of our affiliate program, you will be able to earn commissions by referring new hosting clients to our company. Below are the terms and conditions for our affiliate program.

Products you can earn commissions on: "Monthly Web Hostings / Monthly Web Hosting" "Cheap SSD Web Hosting" "Unlimited Web Hosting" "Premium Web Hostings /Premium Web Hosting"

Products on which you will not earn commissions on: "VPS Web Hosting" "Reseller Web Hostings" "Dedicated Server"

1. In order to be eligible for commission, affiliates must refer new clients. Existing clients placing orders through affiliates will not be eligible for commission. The user will receive 30% of the total order value, excluding taxes, pending orders, cancel orders, terminated accounts & subscription completed accounts, from the total order value.

2. If your affiliate balance reaches Rs 4000 within 730 days or 2 years, you will be paid via Paytm, UPI, or Bank Account. If you do not reach Rs 4000 within 730 days or 2 years, then your affiliate balance will be zero.

3. Payments will be made in multiples of Rs 4000, for example, if a user reaches Rs 6000, then Rs 4000 will be paid, and the rest will be paid when the affiliate's balance reaches Rs 4000 again. Affiliates are not eligible for commissions on renewals or purchases of other hosting services from existing clients.

4. If the client cancels the order, it will be treated as cancelled and the affiliate won't be paid. Affiliates are paid only if the order process is completed. We will exclude GST and payment gateway fees from the commission amount before making the payout, since the affiliate system calculates the commission based on the total product/service cost, GST and payment gateway fees.

5. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure their tracking code works properly before sending traffic to our servers. Any changes to the links are the affiliate's sole responsibility. Affiliate accounts may be deactivated at any time without warning or notice if tracking errors are caused by editing, masking, redirecting or tampering with their links, and referral fees will not be paid for tracking errors caused by editing, masking, redirecting or tampering with your links. Your account will be deactivated and referral fees reset to zero if you don't follow the Affiliate Terms.

6. Your affiliate account will be deactivated immediately if it is associated with false or misleading advertising or suspected fraudulent activity. Affiliate accounts that generate a large number of fraudulent accounts will be deactivated. In order to discontinue your affiliate status, simply remove your affiliate links and no longer promote them. Your account and personal information will not be removed from our system for accounting reasons.

Third Party Software & Services

Oyofox do not Provide any help regarding webmail, G suite ,Outlook ,Zoho Mail etc configuration or setup.

Oyofox will not be responsible for working of any third party software /Script or Code .User can not blame us regarding any script/code that is working on different server or any other hosting company but not working on Oyofox's Server.In this situation customer had to contact their code provider or developer to install or run.(No Refund)

Oyofox pricing may Increse or Decrease in any time or any situation (Renewable Price )if any third party software licence price increse or decrease like Softaculous,Cloudlinux,Litespeed,cPanel,Plesk etc.

Oyofox reserve the right to change Web Hosting Control Panel & their Software at any time.

Backup Policy

Oyofox take server backup in every 15 days, So your use of the services is at your sole risk. You agree to back-up all of your User Content so that you can access and use it when needed.Oyofox does not warrant that it backs-up any account or user Content, and you agree to accept as a risk the loss of any and all of your user content.Oyofox.com is not responsible for any data loss/ data corruption in any situation. You as a Oyofox User agree that in no case,Oyofox can be held responsible for the loss of data in any circumstances. Clients who have subscribed for paid backup service with shared and reseller hosting plans. For such clients, we take backup of their websites in every 10 days.Clients using cPanel Backup Manager tool for backups should download the backup from the server and delete it.On every 10 days, all the backup files are removed from the server without any notification.You are not allowed to use the hosting space to store backups.

Unlimited Web Hosting Policy

Unlimited Disk Space/Bandwidth/Website Plans. This means that we do not set a limit on the amount of bandwidth, websites or disk space you may use in the normal operation of a personal.Oyofox's service is offering shared hosting service, which means that multiple hosting Subscriber's websites are hosted from the same server and share server resources.Oyofox's service is designed to meet the typical needs of small and medium sized businesses across globe. It is NOT intended to support the sustained demand of large enterprises, or non-typical applications better suited to a VPS or Dedicated Server.
Oyofox does NOT provide unlimited hosting for online storage, videos, images, audio, games, installers, executable files, backups, or archiving of electronic files, documents, log files, web spider or indexer, irc, torrent, file sharing, peer-to-peer activities, testing environment etc., and any such prohibited use of the Services will result in the termination of hosting subscriber's account, with or without notice.Accounts with an excessive database size (i.e., more than 250MB) negatively affect the performance of the server.Oyofox may request that the database size be reduced to ensure proper performance or may disable the Subscriber's account, with or without notice. Hosting subscriber's can create multiple databases however size of each database should not be more than 250MB.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.Oyofox reserves the right to modify / change the terms of services at all times. All customers would be bound by the newest terms published on the website.The laws of the Republic of India shall govern this agreement.In any event of dispute the area of Jurisdiction would be Delhi only & Term & Conditions can be changed without any notification.
